Business Development Associate

Overview: 

Base salary + uncapped commissions + generous lifetime residuals
Earning potentials = $50,000 - $125,000

Summary:

We seek a team of dynamic and self-motivated outside sales professionals who wish to be part of a forward thinking technology firm within the payment processing industry.  Our teams will develop relationships with small and medium sized merchants; providing them with an efficient, affordable, and comprehensive manor of accepting all forms of credit card and check payments; including POS solutions.

Experienced outside sales professionals with payroll, telecom, and payment solutions will excel in these positions, which includes an aggressive lifetime residual income.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer pipeline through follow-up on scheduled appointments, cold calling, and development of 3rd party referral sources.  
  • Prospect trade associations and credit unions, follow sales process through to close, and manage ongoing relationship.  
  • Perform daily cold calls within specified region or target market
  • Identify needs, effectively present proposals and communicate the value proposition of the business to the prospect or merchant
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while effectively managing expenses
  • Develop a strong understanding of the credit card industry and efficiently communicate how our product offering adds value to the prospect or merchant
  • Input, track, and monitor all leads into company wide CRM solution
  • 100% adherence to our integrity based code of conduct

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years demonstrated successful performance selling to small and mid sized merchants in an outside, B2B sales capacity.  
  • Must have valid drivers license 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels; capable of a dynamic presentation
  • The ability to work independently as an outside/remote employee
  • Bring a high energy, passion, and the desire to succeed
  • An effective problem solver, a strong closer, and customer focused.
